WHR 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering. By completing registration and payment for WHR 2026, you agree to the conditions below. Event Pass purchases are covered by the separate Event Pass Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted up to 1st August 2026. Any eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable bank/payment gateway charges.

Transfer of Registration

After 1st August 2026, registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, participants may transfer or sell their confirmed booking to another valid H.O.G. member. The transfer will only be considered valid after the organisers receive the complete details of the new participant via email at sevenislandshogofficer@gmail.com and approve the change.

Event Organisers

WHR 2026 is hosted by the Seven-Islands H.O.G. Chapter Committee and Seven-Islands Harley-Davidson, Mumbai. All event rules, policies, schedules and operational guidelines are determined solely by the organisers, and their decisions shall be final and binding on all participants.

Package Inclusions

The event package includes:

  • 2 Lunches
  • 2 Dinners
  • 2 Breakfasts
  • Stay at Deltin Hotel, Daman (as per the selected room category)
  • Access to all official WHR 2026 event activities.

Room Allocation

Room allocations will be decided solely by the organisers. While every effort will be made to accommodate rooming requests and preferences, these cannot be guaranteed. Requests for King Bed or Twin Bed rooms are subject to availability and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment. Once room allocations have been finalised, requests for changes may not be accommodated.

Check-in Time: 1pm

Check-out Time: 11am

Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Hotel/Organisers.

Changes to Room Allocation

The organisers reserve the right to modify room allocations at any time due to operational requirements, hotel inventory, group requirements or any unforeseen circumstances.

Organising Committee's Decision

The decisions of the Seven-Islands H.O.G. Chapter Committee regarding registrations, room allocations, event conduct, safety, scheduling and any disputes shall be final and binding.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves responsibly throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or brings disrepute to the event, without any refund.

Ride Safety

Participants must possess a valid riding licence and ensure their motorcycle carries valid registration, insurance and PUC (where applicable). Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to modify the event itinerary, venue, timings, activities or inclusions due to weather conditions, government directives, operational requirements or any unforeseen circumstances.

Photography & Media

Photographs and videos taken during WHR 2026 may be used by the organisers, sponsors and partners for promotional, marketing and social media purposes without any further consent or compensation.

Liability

All participants attend and ride entirely at their own risk. The organisers, Seven-Islands H.O.G. Chapter, Seven-Islands Harley-Davidson, sponsors, partners and the venue shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft or damage to any person or property during the event.

Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be held responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, delay, modification or curtailment of WHR 2026 due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, severe weather, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, road closures, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to revise the event schedule, venue or format as deemed necessary.
